**Remuneration**: 12k to 20k

**Experience**: FRESHER to 02-year Experience in Backoffice/ Customer Support/ Call Centers/ IT/ Front Office

**Interview Process (2 Rounds)**:

- PI & HR- Director

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with Customers Via Online Website Chat to answer the questions about the product and services.
- Making sure that customer's Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
- Understand and Guide the Customers about the Company, Products and Features.
- Use Manual Written Sentences sometimes as needed on chat.Manage Inbound calls and follow-up.
- Co-Ordinate with Back Office Team for client queries regarding billing, memberships, refunds, etc.
- Respond to all incoming calls from customers and give proper support to the team.

**Skills Required**:

- English with excellent spoken and written skills. Good sense of grammar.
- Team player.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Inclination towards Customer Service.
- Customer-Centric Approach

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
