**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Counselor** to join our dynamic team at International Institute of Aviation Pvt. Ltd., a premier aviation training institute offering industry-recognized programs like MBA in Aviation, BBA in Aviation, Post Graduate Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Drone Certification.

As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role will be to guide and assist them through the admission process, providing detailed course information, counseling based on their interests and goals, and ultimately helping them make informed decisions about their aviation careers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career paths in aviation, and admission procedures.
- Provide detailed information about aviation programs including MBA, BBA, PG Diplomas, and Drone Certification.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and presentations when required.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the admissions funnel.
- Assist applicants throughout the enrollment process, including form filling, documentation, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update student records and lead management systems (CRM).
- Work closely with the marketing and telecalling teams to convert leads into successful admissions.
- Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and ensure a smooth student experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or aviation background preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel, persuade, and build rapport with students and guardians.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Passion for the education sector and a keen interest in aviation.
