- Position Name : Sales Executive

- Industry : Real Estate / Interior / Elevator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming hot and cold leads from marketing and tele calling teams.
- Understand client requirements such as number of floors, available space, and design preferences.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate feasibility and gather technical inputs.
- Deliver product presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners to generate referrals.
- Work closely with technical and design teams to prepare and send quotations.
- Maintain and update client data and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up regularly with leads and push towards order closure
**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-3 years in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in real estate, interiors, or elevator industry. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Ability to travel within the city for meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and presentable.
- Basic technical understanding of construction sites is a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,521.52 per month
