**Role Summary**:
As a **Customer Success Intern** at **Tera**, you will play a supportive role in ensuring our clients receive an outstanding onboarding experience, product guidance, and continuous value from our solutions. You'll work closely with the Customer Success team to enhance customer satisfaction, address support needs, and contribute to operational improvements.
Success in this role means delivering timely support, showing initiative, learning fast, and actively helping clients realize the full potential of Tera's digital payment solutions.
This internship offers exposure to customer-facing operations and the opportunity to grow in a dynamic fintech environment, making you a valuable contributor to client retention and product adoption.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in onboarding new clients by helping ensure a smooth setup, timely communication, and helpful resources.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and issues using internal tools like CRM and ticketing systems.
- Help customers understand and effectively use product features to meet their business needs.
- Support the Customer Success team in building trust-based relationships and providing proactive outreach.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and suggest enhancements.
- Assist in tracking client product usage and engagement to identify risks or growth opportunities.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to help shape product enhancements and service improvements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base content such as FAQs, user guides, and tutorials.
- Help schedule and participate in customer follow-ups to ensure they are achieving value from our products.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align on customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
**Qualifications**
**Education**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or BBA.
**Experience**: 0-1 year of professional experience
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and a problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of customer service tools (e.g., CRM or ticketing systems) is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
