We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and grow our Online Aggregator Sales across platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, and other delivery channels. The role requires strong expertise in online sales optimization, operational excellence, and customer engagement, with a focus on maximizing ROI and ensuring superior brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Aggregator Sales Management
Drive online sales through aggregator platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.).
Track, analyze, and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spends).
Conduct regular market and demographic analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Platform Operations
Manage store hygiene, ensuring accurate listings, images, pricing, and descriptions.
Maintain and improve Zomato/Swiggy ratings, implementing measures to boost customer feedback scores.
Handle real-time customer grievance resolution to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily aggregator operations including order flow, discrepancies, and escalations.
Menu & Campaign Management
Regularly update and customize menus based on business requirements and festival seasons.
Coordinate special promotions, offers, and campaigns on online platforms.
Performance Reporting
Generate detailed reports on sales trends, ROI, customer demographics, and platform performance.
Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Online Sales / Aggregator Sales within the Food & Beverages industry (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, ad campaigns, and analytics tools.
Proven track record of improving ROAS and customer ratings.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage festival/event-specific online strategies.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
