Job Description: Restaurant Manager (Food Court Manager – Craveo Food Court)
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 6–10 years in restaurant / food court / hospitality operations management
About Craveo Food Court
Craveo Food Court is an independent corporate food court, bringing multiple food brands together under one roof to serve corporate professionals. We are building a new-age dining ecosystem and looking for a seasoned Food Court Manager to take full charge of our Kolkata operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Lead day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth functioning of the food court.
- Aggregator Management: Handle online aggregators operations — menu listing, pricing, offers, ratings/reviews, order flow, and resolving escalations to maximize sales.
- Vendor & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong connections with local food suppliers, fit-out contractors, equipment vendors, and service providers.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full compliance with local regulations.
- Staffing & HR: Hire, train, and manage staff (kitchen, service, housekeeping, security) to maintain high service standards.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Manage procurement, vendor billing, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Marketing & Promotions: Plan local marketing campaigns, aggregator promotions, and loyalty programs to drive both dine-in and online orders.
- Customer Experience: Ensure top-quality service, resolve escalations, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Facility & Fit-out: Oversee fit-out works, equipment maintenance, and liaise with contractors for expansions / modifications.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, costs, aggregator performance, and customer feedback for management.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hotel / Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 6–10 years' proven experience in managing restaurant / QSR / food court operations.
- Strong local market network in Kolkata (suppliers, contractors, staffing agencies).
- Hands-on experience managing online aggregators operations , campaigns, and ratings.
- Excellent knowledge of local regulations.
- Experience in marketing, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to multitask and run end-to-end operations independently.
