The **Marketing Executive** is responsible for **building and maintaining customer relationships**, **coordinating with the digital marketing team**, and ensuring timely payment collections and mínimal overhead costs. You will focus on gathering on-ground market feedback, strategizing low-cost engagement initiatives, and aligning offline marketing efforts with the broader company vision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Build and maintain client relationships** across small businesses to large industry partners, keeping overhead low and rapport strong.
- **Collect and relay customer feedback** to the relevant teams, swiftly addressing any issues or requests.
- **Oversee timely payment collection**, coordinating with finance to ensure accurate records and no undue delays.
- **Gather on-ground insights**—customer preferences, product performance—and share them with the digital marketing team for cohesive brand messaging.
- **Keep client data current**, regularly updating market information and feedback in company software.
- **Coordinate with logistics** to guarantee smooth, on-time dispatch of products (no personal deliveries required).
- **Provide real-time market recommendations** to management, supporting data-driven decisions and improved strategies.
- **Suggest campaign ideas** and promotional collateral based on market trends and customer input.
- **Align offline and online marketing efforts**, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- **Uphold company values**, delivering a professional and high-standard customer experience in every interaction.
- **Identify low-cost engagement opportunities** to foster loyalty and maintain strong customer relationships.
**Qualifications**
- BBA/MBA/Relatable field or demonstrable experience/interest in marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic familiarity with industrial/manufacturing environment a plus.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Comfort with basic data handling (e.g., MS Office, simple CRM tools).
**Work Hours**: _Minimum 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (Flexible timing post probation)_
**Salary**: _INR 18,000 - 30,000/month (negotiable based on experience); Freshers start at INR 15,000 with performance-based bonus and quick increments._
