**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Solution Architect** with a deep understanding of backend development using **Laravel/PHP** and **Java/Spring Boot**. You will lead, architect, and manage a team of engineers to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions in the fintech/education space.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to define and implement architectural strategies, ensuring that best practices in software development are followed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Technical Leadership**:Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and design.
- ** Architecture Design**:Design and architect scalable, high-performance backend systems using Laravel/PHP as the primary stack and Java/Spring Boot where applicable.
- ** Hands-on Development**:Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging processes for critical modules and system components.
- ** Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with product management, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams to define product features and roadmap.
- ** Technology Evaluation**:Continuously assess and integrate new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve the engineering process and product performance.
- ** Quality Assurance**:Ensure high standards of software quality by establishing processes for unit testing, integration testing, and automation.

**Requirements**:

- ** 8+ years of experience** in backend development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in **PHP** and **Laravel** framework.
- Solid experience in **Java** with **Spring Boot**.
- Strong understanding of **RESTful APIs** and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience in managing **engineering teams** and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of **software design patterns** and **architecture principles**.
- Hands-on experience with **SQL and NoSQL databases** (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with **cloud services** (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and **CI/CD pipelines**.
- Strong knowledge of **version control** (Git) and **DevOps principles**.
- Experience with **containerization** technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Exposure to **event-driven architecture** and **message queues** (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
