**Responsibilities we entrust you with**

**What you will own**: Successful implementation of Strategic Projects meeting organizational goals at Pine Labs. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Partner with business, Product, Tech owners to realize long-term capabilities, initiatives that need to be implemented in-line with the Organizational goals.
- Execute the complex projects end-to-end through collaborations with Project Sponsors, other Professional Program Managers, third party vendors and multiple development teams.
- Monitor and review projects on a regular basis to identify, evaluate and mitigate risks, handle change requests, establish the change control board, provide escalation matrix, foresee and make trade-offs that balance business needs against constraints.
- Monitor and review performance of third party vendors and take/suggest corrective actions. Identify and resolve roadblocks, negotiate a win-win with cross functional teams/third party.
- Articulate and Communicate to Leadership Team & key stakeholders, regular project status including risks, age of the risk, mitigation plan, key matrices, project health score and leadership help needed.
- Associate with sponsor teams as an evangelist to provide necessary training needs, to groom them with projects processes and practices that are helpful for end business requirements.
- Being a dynamic organization, role will keep evolving based on appetite and performance.

**Desired skills and experience**
- 5-10 years of overall experience in technical field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager with a technical background is must (Development background preferred).
- Experience in setting up processes, project management, and release schedules
- Experience with agile methodology and Project Management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the goal post may be changing constantly.
- Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically. High level of maturity to deal with ambiguity. Should be able to strategize short term, mid-term and long-term solutions for complex problems.
- Must have strong technical, analytical, business acumen and quantitative skillset.
- You must have demonstrated ability to manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
- You should be detail-oriented, able to drive product ideation to realization.
- Must be passionate to learn business, products and technology understanding with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related technical discipline.
