Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Telecaller (Admissions Counselor) who will connect with potential students (leads provided by us), explain our courses/workshops, and help them with enrollment. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to convert interest into admissions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
  • Explain workshop/course details, fees, and schedules to prospective students.
  • Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain student database and daily call records.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain a student-first approach.
  • RequirementsMinimum 0–2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience (education/ed-tech preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Strong persuasion skills with a friendly, approachable tone.
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
  • Passion for films and education is a plus
  • BenefitsFixed base salary of ₹11,000.
