Job Title: BPO Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, assist customers with queries, provide product/service information, and generate leads or close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
  • Previous telecalling or BPO experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
