**Key Responsibilities**:

- _- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through various communication channels._
- _- Prepare sales orders, follow up on orders, and create quotations based on customer requirements._
- _- Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints._
- _- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to customers._
- _- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to company growth._
- _- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings._
- _- Maintain accurate customer profiles and interaction history in the CRM system._
- _- Provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills._
- _- Collaborate effectively with team members._
- _- Preferred previous experience in customer relations or a similar role._

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
