**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy & Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Advise the CEO and executive team on long-term business and financial planning.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting processes.
- **Financial Operations**:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
- Manage cash flow, capital planning, and liquidity management to ensure financial stability.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- **Risk Management & Compliance**:

- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company is protected against potential financial threats.
- Oversee internal controls, compliance with financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Monitor performance against the budget and provide reports on variances.
- Lead scenario analysis and financial modeling to support business planning.
- **Investor Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and financial institutions.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulators.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for board meetings and investor relations.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Ensure continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: CA, CA-Intern, MBA(Finance)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably in a publicly traded or high-growth company.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Experience in managing investor relations and fundraising activities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on results and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Advance Excel.
