**Job Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**:

- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
- Support the preparation of job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitment-related documents.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and emerging technologies in the IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Conduct research on competitor companies and their recruitment strategies to identify best practices and potential talent pools.

**Data Management**:

- Assist in generating recruitment reports and analysing recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:
Degree / Post-graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field **with **0 -1 year’ post qualification experience / available for 6 months of internship**
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing.
- Knowledge or interest in IT and Non-IT roles and skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
