**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and post job advertisements for tutor recruitment across various platforms.
- Conduct telephonic screenings and coordinate tutor interviews.
- Deliver **Soft Skills Training** sessions to selected tutors to enhance professionalism and teaching quality.
- Maintain positive and long-term relationships with both clients and tutors.
- Conduct **on-site client visits** to ensure service satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and tutors for queries or conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of tutor profiles, client feedback, and interaction history.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English** (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Own a **bike** and **laptop** for work-related travel and tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in client relationship management, HR, or education sector is an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Confidence in public speaking and delivering training.
- Problem-solving attitude with customer-first approach.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, Social Media job posting).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
