Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and charming Female Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients warmly and ensure a positive salon experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Handle client queries and provide accurate information about services, offers, and appointments.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain client records and update details as needed.
  • Promote salon services, packages, and loyalty programs in a professional manner.
