**Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Assist in understanding client needs and recommend suitable services or solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and agreements in the CRM system.
6. Generate and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction levels.
7. Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
8. Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all client interactions.
9. Actively seek feedback from clients to improve services and address any challenges.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs.
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
