**Customer Relationship Executive**

**Location**: J.K. Road, Bhopal

The Zappy Box is a leading e-commerce gifting company specializing in pre-packed and corporate gift hampers. **Minimum Experience**: 1 years in Customer Support. Freshers are welcome to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Customer Engagement:

- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Order Management:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and seamless delivery of products to customers.
- Address and resolve any issues related to orders, delivery, or product quality.
- Sales Strategy and Reporting:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Must know how to use Shopify.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Passion for the e-commerce and gifting industry.
