**Job Title**: Sales & Purchase Coordinator (Fresher / Junior Executive)
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in the preparation and creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in Zoho.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Maintain and update order records in the system for smooth workflow.
- Assist in basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Learn and adapt quickly to the Zoho platform and related tools.
- Provide operational support to Richard Matthew and the wider team as required.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce background preferred)
- Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn new systems (Zoho experience will be an advantage).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
