**Job Title**: Purchase Executive
**Department**: Procurement / Purchase

**Reporting To**: Purchase Manager / Operations Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Factory Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the factory team on production planning, material requirements, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- **Vendor Development & Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to enhance supplier base and negotiate better terms.

Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors for consistent quality and timely supplies.
- **New Vendor Creation**:
Handle documentation and onboarding process for new vendors as per company policy.
- **Inter-Department Coordination**:
Regular follow-ups with **Sales**, **Design**, and **Factory** teams to understand product requirements, updates, and timelines.
- **Timely Delivery Management**:
Ensure product deliveries are scheduled and executed as per client and internal requirements.
Track production progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks by working closely with relevant departments.
- **Purchase Order Management**:
Prepare and issue purchase orders, track status, and maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain up-to-date procurement records, vendor data, and delivery schedules. Generate periodic reports as needed.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures
- Ability to coordinate across departments
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (if applicable)
- Understanding of product specifications and basic factory operations
