**Job Description**:

- Sourcing of direct and indirect materials, managing the entire purchase cycle.
- Sending inquiries to vendors based on company indents & purchase requests (PR).
- Following up with vendors for quotations.
- Negotiating with suppliers on price, quality, quantity, and commercial credit terms.
- Preparing comparative statements.
- Generating and sending purchase orders (PO) to vendors, with approval from the HOD.
