**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track and update the status of orders in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Prepare and process data entry related to the procurement activities.
- Work closely with the finance and inventory team to ensure accurate billing and stock levels.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for purchasing.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any field).
- **Experience**: Fresher.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent proficiency in **Excel** (Formulas, Data Analysis, etc.).
- Strong **Data Entry** skills and attention to detail.
- Good command over **English communication** (both written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of procurement processes is a plus.
