Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Pranav Creations Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience with our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication, responsiveness, and personalised attention.
- **Customer Support**: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Lead generation should be there for customer acquisition through google, justdial, indiamart and referrals.
- **Account Management**: Manage client accounts effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping, contract renewals, and adherence to service agreements.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients, maximising revenue potential and enhancing client value.
- **Feedback Collection**: Proactively gather feedback from clients to understand their needs, preferences, and areas for improvement, and relay this information to the relevant departments for action.
- **Client Retention**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates, including loyalty programs, special offers, and proactive outreach initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings and contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns and product enhancements.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, account activity, and revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar client-facing role and fashion industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
