**Life on the team**

**What you'll do**
- Is the evangelist for Managed Service offerings with customers and sales
- Defines “what good looks like” for a Managed Service offering in terms of products, features, commercial models and target delivery models in line with the overall managed services vision and business strategy
- Collaborate with Group Development to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging, that drive awareness, adoption, and retention of our services
- Ideate future strategy and is responsible for the creation and contribution to thought leadership and inspiring marketing content to help promote and elevate the Computacenter managed service proposition
- Lead market research and customer insights, developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of Managed Service market trends, customer needs, opportunities for improvement & innovation, and the competitive landscape to identify and prioritise new managed service opportunities.
- Consumes market, customer and user insight to define the portfolio roadmap feeding our business & marketing strategists
- Develops and maintains time-based strategic roadmaps for Managed Service offerings that captures business value
- Develop opportunity assessments and business cases to drive growth, accountable for securing the service development budget obtained via the investment process
- Work with Service Product Owners to define managed service product requirements, oversee the development process, product launches and in-life performance
- Collaborate with immediate peers (other Managed Services Offering Owners) for cross business line synergy and alignment
- Lead offering in Managed Service Portfolio Council and where appropriate in the wider Group Portfolio Council
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our managed services, including revenue, pipeline, win/loss, customer satisfaction, and retention, and report regularly on performance to key stakeholders
- Influence and collaborate with equivalent in Group Professional Services where MS and PS services underpin a common proposition
- Work with Group Information Services to identify impact and requirements the strategic direction of the managed service portfolio has on our tools, integrations, process and policies
- Leverage key vendor partner managed service accreditation / competency frameworks (e.g. Cisco Gold Provider, Microsoft Azure MSSP)

**What you'll need**
- Relevant experience of building and owning managed service propositions and offerings including product development with ongoing portfolio management in global IT services environment
- Demonstrable drive, passion & success in chosen Managed Service domain.
- Ability to interact with C-Level customer contact, senior analysts and vendors to understand business drivers for managed service offerings and relevant market trends
- Good presentational skills in a sales context
- Strong commercial and market awareness with demonstrable acumen to create innovative, relevant and profitable managed service offerings and products
- Analytical skills capable of assimilating a range of complex requirements or challenges (customer, market, industry) into relevant and competitive managed service offerings with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product plans
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and create a collaborative way of working with collective ownership of success and a result driven approach to drive delivery in a timely manner
