On the GLCS team you will build innovative cloud service capabilities that enables the delivery of rich HW and SW aaS solutions to customers.

**What you’ll do**:
We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the evolution of the monitoring & observability platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Product & CTO office to deliver a highly automated monitoring & observability platform for GreenLake cloud service offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Owner of the HPE GreenLake Cloud Services
- Collaborates with outbound product managers and engineering leads to conceptualize and develop cloud services.
- Translate product business requirements into specific technical features and user stories ( working with scrum teams and engineering leadership team. )
- Defines next generation observability requirements for cloud infrastructure and workload services
- Develop detailed and prioritized backlogs and drive to production release via an Agile Methodology.
- Interacts with and ensures development participation from multiple supporting groups such as Support, Documentation and User Experience (UX) to ensure a total customer experience.

**What you need to bring**:
Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. Advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
- 8+ years as an Agile Product Owner with SaaS experience preferable.
- Experience collaborating with engineering leaders, architects, outbound PM/Marketing and development teams to realize your product vision
- Product backlog management using Rally or Jira
- Team player that works well in collaborative and matrix organizations
- Strong ability to make decisions and/or converge on decisions quickly with stakeholders
- Ability to clearly articulate complex and abstract ideas
- Familiarity with customer, partner and field sales business processes
- Some experience in developing customer education collaterals, field enablement presentations, and technical marketing materials

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of cloud services (public, private, hybrid), related technologies, and operations.
- General working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP public cloud
- Knowledge of Kubernetes multi-tenancy and tools such as Helm, Istio, OLM
- Experience with microservices monitoring & observability (tracing, Prometheus/Grafana)
- Understanding of ITOM in the cloud environment
- Experience with logging (Logz.io, ELFK, Splunk, Sumologic) and event co-relations
- Experience with Open Telemetry
- Experience in Interworking with alert systems ( Service Now, Pager Duty )
- Experience with a commercial monitoring solution a huge plus
