**Position**: Guest Relations Assistant
**Work Type**: Remote (Work from Home)
**Shift Basis**: Morning, Afternoon, or Night (as per roster)
**Schedule**: 4 days a week (5 days once a month) means you are working max 17 days a month.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes remotely, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Communicate with hosts and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues.
- Ensure guest reviews and feedback are handled appropriately to maintain a high host rating.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all guest interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory Experience**:

- Familiarity with the workflows and policies of these platforms.
- **Technical Requirements**:

- A reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
- Availability to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, or night).
