**Job Title**: HR/Receptionist
**Location**: BHOPAL
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.
- Maintain office records and manage correspondence.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and training activities for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle general administrative tasks as required.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
