We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Inside Sales team in the dynamic IT Services sector. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying potential sales opportunities, engaging with customers, and supporting our sales team in the lead generation and sales process.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Market Research: Use LinkedIn and other tools to research and generate leads. Utilize InMail messaging to reach out to potential clients.
Sales Opportunity Identification: Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Lead Management: Assist in the handling of leads and customers through the entire sales process, from introduction to closure.
Product & Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our offerings, market trends, and competitor products to help guide customer discussions.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales goals to drive business growth.
**Required Skills**:
**Freshers Welcome**:No prior sales experience required, but an interest in sales and learning is essential.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with customers effectively.
**Organizational Skills**:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Sales Mindset: Ability to listen to customer needs, build relationships, and drive sales through effective solutions.
**Goal-Oriented**:Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Additional Qualities**: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
