**Job Title**: Office Administrator (Female)
**Location**: Mylapore, Chennai
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (preferred)
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure all administrative functions are carried out efficiently.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-organized and maintained workspace.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate internal appointments.
**Payment Follow-ups**:
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.
- Collaborate with vendors for timely payment processing and resolve any payment-related issues.
**Bill Filing & Documentation**:
- Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for bills, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure financial documents are stored securely and in compliance with company policies.
- Keep updated records of all financial transactions for easy access.
**Basic Accounts Management**:
- Assist with petty cash management and record daily expenses.
- Cross-check and verify bills, purchase orders, and delivery notes for accuracy.
- Assist the accounts team with financial reports and month-end reconciliation.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Tamil preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in office administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
