Back Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, record management, and document verification.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Support front-office teams by preparing reports, processing invoices, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist in database management, updating customer or vendor information.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage inventory, purchase orders, and office supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide technical or operational support to teams when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Full-time
