**Position**: Operation Administrator Female or Personal Secretary to Managing Director Female

**Location**: Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600004
**Salary**: 40000 to 45000 PM
**Experience**: 4 to 6 Year In Secretary
**Qualification**: Any Degree,
**Work Timing**: 9 am to 6 pm and **Languages**: English and Tamil
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Handle booking of domestic and international flights, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely schedules.
- Reserve hotel accommodations, ensuring comfort and convenience.
- Coordinate itineraries, transportation, and other travel-related logistics.
- Maintain an organized record of travel expenses and support reimbursement processes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain effective communication between the Managing Director and various teams.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research on requested topics and present concise summaries.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes, ensuring follow-up on action points.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and Excellent Communication Skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
