**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Responsible for managing the pan-india specimen program (part of brand building)
- Do market research (both travel based) to meet distributors and retailers and understand the market trends
- Manage the team of Inside Customer Relation Executives with their daily KPIs
- Ensure the team is following correct protocols and achieving daily call targets
- Interact with important teachers/HODs to build relationships when needed
- Manage the retail program network (team of 4 people) with daily KPIs
- Manage the logistics vendor occasionally in terms of meeting SLAs and account clearance
- Manage the team (10+ people) of Inside Customer Relation Executives with their daily KPIs
- Ensure the team is following correct protocols and achieving daily call targets

**Skills Needed:

- **
- Proven experience of customer handling from A to C level exeuctives
- Atleast 2+ years of managing a CRE team experience
- Fluent spoken and written English (must)
- Fluency in IT softwares/CRMs usage (hubspot/Google Drive, etc)
- Proficient in excel (vlookups, formulae’s data analysis)
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
