Showroom Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheme Promotion & Awareness**:

- Promote various gold saving schemes like **Monthly Installment Plan, Kitty Scheme, Festival Schemes, and Investment Plans** through offline and online channels.
- Explain benefits of schemes to potential customers in layman’s terms.
- Conduct awareness drives in local markets, residential societies, kitty parties, women groups, and rural areas.
- **Lead Generation & Customer Outreach**:

- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through field visits, tele-calling, WhatsApp promotions, and referrals.
- Maintain a daily customer interaction and follow-up report.
- Gather customer feedback and submit market insights.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Organize and coordinate marketing activities such as **Pamphlet Distribution, Stall Setup, Roadshows, Local Events, and Seminars**.
- Collaborate with designers and vendors for print and social media content related to gold schemes.
- Assist in preparing creatives and WhatsApp status/poster material.
- **Digital Promotion (optional but preferred)**:

- Promote schemes through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and local influencers.
- Monitor responses and guide interested customers to showroom.
- **Internal Coordination**:

- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth onboarding of new scheme customers.
- Assist in customer KYC documentation and initial registration if needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and convincing skills (Punjabi, Hindi essential; English optional).
- Pleasant personality and confidence in public interaction.
- Basic understanding of gold investment and jewelry market (Training will be provided).
- Ability to travel locally and manage fieldwork.
- Social media awareness is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: 12th Pass. Graduate preferred.
- 1+ year experience in field sales, marketing, or jewelry promotion preferred (Freshers with passion can apply).
- Own two-wheeler preferred.

**Working Hours**:
10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (including field visits and event hours)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Fixed Monthly Salary + Incentives (based on conversions & leads)
