JOB SUMMARY: Tele-Marketing Executive will be responsible for Sales enquiry call or follow-up lead generated by Marketing campaigns or online promotions etc. Whilst primarily dealing with new business, research into customer satisfaction and perception will also form an important part of the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
• Influences customers to buy or retain service by giving product reference information.
• Follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school, Diploma or Graduation
• 2+ year experience in Telemarketing or Sales
• Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills (Both Hindi and English)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
