**JOB SUMMARY: Tele-Marketing Executive** will be responsible for **Sales enquiry call** or **follow-up lead generated** by Marketing campaigns or online promotions etc. Whilst primarily dealing with new business, research into customer satisfaction and perception will also form an important part of the role.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Influences customers to buy or retain service by giving product reference information.
- Follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- High school, Diploma or Graduation
- 2+ year experience in Telemarketing or Sales
- Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills (Both Hindi and English)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
