Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, including government and private institutions.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products, such as interactive panels, digital podiums, and classroom solutions.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals.
- Maintain and update the database with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in technology or education sectors).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluent in [Specify Languages - Hindi, English, Punjabi, etc.].
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.

Pay: ₹9,724.35 - ₹13,500.00 per month
