
Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- **Calendar Management**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Manage calendars and prioritize appointments to optimize efficiency.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate communication between departments and team members.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
