**Job Summary**: The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Learning Management System. This role involves managing user accounts, content, and reporting, as well as troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the LMS aligns with the company’s learning and development goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. LMS Administration**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user account management, course creation, and content updates.
- Ensure the LMS platform is functioning correctly, addressing technical issues promptly.
- Configure and customize the LMS to meet organizational needs and improve user experience.

**2. Content Management**:

- Upload, organize, and manage e-learning content and resources within the LMS.
- Monitor and review content for quality assurance and compliance with company standards.

**3. User Support**:

- Provide technical support and assistance to LMS users, including troubleshooting login issues and resolving access problems.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on how to use the LMS effectively.

**4. Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate and analyze reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Use data insights to recommend improvements and enhancements to the LMS and learning programs.

**5. System Updates and Maintenance**:

- Stay updated on LMS software updates, new features, and best practices.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and ensure data security.

**6. Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure LMS content and processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and standards.
- Maintain records and documentation related to LMS administration and user activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.).
- Strong understanding of e-learning and instructional design principles.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and experience with basic HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in LMS management or related fields.
- Experience with additional LMS software or tools.
- Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
