**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a **social media strategy** aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and stories.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and other teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community relationships.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of **SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.**:

- Knowledge of **Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.**:

- Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
