**Roles and Responsibilities**

Handling certification process daily activities like - follow ups, reporting escalations, updation and verification of process data

Conducting internal audits for clients as per applicable standards, preparing audit reports.

Coordinating for obtaining Clients Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Imparting ISO awareness / QMS awareness trainings/ Refreshers training

Good knowledge about Data Protection related standards

**Required Skill Set**

Good knowledge about Quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001:2022

Good Team Player

Good Communication

Good Knowledge on MS office /Excel / PPT

Ability to learn and grasp new task and things

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Volunteer

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
