Responsibilities of ISO Audit Executive

**Audit Planning & Execution**

Develop internal Audit schedules and plans as per ISO requirements.

Conduct internal audits across departments to check compliance.

Identify non-conformities, gaps, and risks in systems and processes.

**Documentation & Reporting**

Prepare audit reports with findings, observations, and corrective action plans.

Maintain ISO audit documentation, manuals, SOPs, and related records.

Ensure timely closure of non-conformities by coordinating with respective teams.

**Compliance & Coordination**

Ensure the organization adheres to applicable ISO standards and certifications.

Support external auditors during certification or surveillance audits.

Communicate audit results and compliance requirements to management.

**Training & Awareness**

Conduct awareness sessions on ISO standards, policies, and procedures.

Guide employees on compliance requirements and corrective measures.

**Continuous Improvement**

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implementation.

Assist in updating policies and procedures in line with ISO standards.

**Follow-up & Monitoring**

Track progress of audit observations and verify implementation.

Provide regular updates to management on ISO audit status and improvements.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
