- Ensure the facility meets the requirements of ISO standards.
- Ensure the implementation of Management System and norms as per the client requirement.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external audits.
- Maintain necessary documents related of internal and external audit system.
- Responsible for executing and documenting internal ISO audits.
- Conduct internal process audits for ISO compliance.
- Interact with the department heads/leads to understand the existing process. Coordinates with the personnel in the relevant departments for development of detailed procedures and initiates actions to implement the same
- Efficiently lead ISO audits annually. Enforcing all ISO policies are adhered to by all staff.
- Participates in the coordination and execution of Operations Quality Management System.
- Works to ensure process and procedures are controlled, accurate in reflecting the current process and meet expectations as defined in the policy.
- Provides leadership for Management System audit certification and other certification organizations.
- Report out on ISO findings. Review ISO corrective actions / preventative actions.
- Develops, evaluates, revises, and implements IMS documentation.
- Evaluates and analyses the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
- To ensure all hazards are identified, reported and mitigated with necessary control measures.
- Have walk through and observe the abnormalities/unsafe conditions/unsafe acts and escalate the observed issues.
- To ensure zero accidents, zero incidents and 100% upkeep and uptime of all equipment’s.
- All workers are instructed in the safe performance of their duties.
- Any unsafe conditions are corrected without delay.

**ROUTINE ACTIVITIES**:

- Ensure the facility meets the requirements of ISO standards.
- Assist in ISO audits.
- Assist in corrective action and risk identification, analysis and reporting and special inspections to ensure ISO standards are being met.
- Coordinate with teams for streamlining documentation process.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review all ISO related data and documentation.
- Ensure department managers review and update their documents regularly.
- Maintain and update the documents specifically as required by ISO.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest courses of action based on data.
- Effectively communicate facts, practices, policies, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- To ensure work areas in and around the facility are maintained safe, neat, and orderly.
- Follow safe work practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as described during training.
- To check if all safety gadgets are being used while performing certain activities in the work premises.
- Coordinating with the team for meeting the safety requirements.
- Conducting periodical Site Inspections & report the finding for corrective action.
- Organize campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programs to promote EHS at the workplace.
- To prepare the reports as required and instructed.
- Have a Walkthrough in and around the buildings and facilities (Visual inspection of Operational issues, Technical issues, Equipment’s working conditions, civil issues, Housekeeping issues, signage conditions, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions) and escalate and ensure all the observed abnormalities and issues are closed.
- Ensure compliance to all security, safety, as well as operational procedures.
- Check and ensure all required documents is updated properly as per schedule with all required parameters as per standards.
- Check if the building facility meets health and safety requirements at all areas.
- To check if proper PPEs are being used while carrying out any activities in the work location.
- To check if hierarchy of eliminating risk factors while working is being followed.
- To attend and provide trainings as required.
- To check if stock/inventory is up to date.
- To support/assist team members, if and when required.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹717,000.00 per year
