Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO and other applicable regulations. Conduct and manage internal audits to assess compliance and identify gaps.
  • Lead and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities and drive process improvement.
  • Develop, review, and revise quality-related documents, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with ISO requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on ISO compliance, quality policies, and related topics.
  • Work with various departments to integrate quality best practices, address quality issues, and improve overall processes.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the QMS and report on quality performance metrics to senior management.
  • Assist with external ISO audits and inspections, coordinating with auditors to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Engineering or Quality Management.
  • Several years of experience in quality management, with specific experience in implementing and maintaining QMS and ISO standards.
  • In-depth understanding of quality management principles and relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and training.
  • Ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives effectively.
  • Certifications such as an ISO Lead Auditor or Six Sigma certification are often a plus.
