Title: ISO Program Manager Location:Remote Job Type: Full Time Contract Compensation - INR 6-8 LPA (per year)About Us MG Environmental Consulting is a fast-growing firm helping businesses nail their compliance goals—whether it's ISO certifications, R2V3, or making recycling operations more efficient and audit-ready. We work with e-waste recyclers, manufacturers, software companies, and medical device firms to make sustainability and compliance a whole lot simpler. We’re looking for an ISO Program Manager who’s sharp, organized, and ready to hit the ground running with audits, documentation, gap analyses, and client support. What You’ll Be Doing Lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, and 45001 (and more) implementations from the ground up Run gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep Deliver clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients Guide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems Partner with the Chief Consultant on strategy, timelines, and project execution Work across industries—from recycling to technology—and see your impact firsthand Keep projects organized, client-friendly, and audit-proof Support clients during audits and with post-audit corrective actions Maintain client compliance calendars to keep everything on track What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) 5–10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications) Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern email tools Why You’ll Love It Here Make an impact: Take companies from zero to certified Own your work: High autonomy with trust to run projects Never bored: Every client and project brings something new Grow with us: Be part of a fast-growing consulting firm where your role can evolve Ready to jump in?
