**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and employees for various action points.
- Take minutes during internal meetings, highlighting relevant action points, and follow up on these actions.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chairman from time to time.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, handle payment coordination, and follow up on assignments.
- Manage appointments, follow up on actions, and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned parties.
- Represent the office of the Chairman with the utmost honesty, confidentiality, and sincerity.
- Plan and manage the Chairman's calendar in a professional manner.
**Key Skills and Attributes**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the Chairman’s office effectively.
