**Job Title
- Executive Assistant**

**Job Summary-**

The Executive Assistant should provide high-level administrative support to the executives by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Administrative Support**
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

**2. Communication**
- Screen and prioritize communications and responses.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

**3. Meeting and Event Coordination**
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting summaries.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, executive retreats, and other events, related to the launch of projects or promotions of the launched project or assist the team in the execution of in-house events

**4- Marketing coordination**
- Should be well versed with the marketing concepts and updated marketing tools
- Should be efficient in coordinating with creative designers, social media agencies, and internal marketing team
- Should be well-versed with basic knowledge of website management and handling various social media handles

**5- MIS and Data**
- Should be comfortable with Excel and functionalities to generate data on day to day operations
- Should have the potential to analyse the data and key data points

**6. Project Management**
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Monitor progress and follow up on deadlines.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Carry out competitive study and do market analysis

**7. Confidentiality and Discretion**
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Ensure discretion in communication and handling of confidential matters.

**8. Office Management**
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient
- Monitor and maintain smooth functioning of all office affairs

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from any field, Masters or Post Graduation is preferred
- Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Confident to attend meetings with Executives

**Work Environment**:

- Typically works in an office environment.
- May require flexibility in working hours to accommodate the executive’s schedule.

**Reporting to**

Managing Director and Director

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 13/02/2025
