Job Description:

We need an ultra-organized, high-energy, problem-solving Innovator who can anticipate needs before they arise. If you love keeping things running smoothly, juggling multiple priorities, and working at the heart of decision-making, this role is for you

Responsibilities:

This is mid-level job posting.

Be the right-hand to the Director—managing schedules, priorities, and critical tasks.

Organize high-stakes meetings, coordinate travel, and handle event planning like a pro.

  • Keep things confidential while ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare impactful reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Act as the go-to problem solver, anticipating challenges and handling them with finesse.
  • Bring fresh ideas to optimize efficiency and enhance productivity.

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience as an EA or in a similar role.
  • A natural multi-tasker and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with strong expertise in G- Suite

They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in G suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
