**Responsibilities**:

- **Client accquisition**: Proactively Identify And Target Potential Clients Across The Individual, Group, Society, School, And Corporate Segments To Generate New Business Opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish And Nurture Relationships With Key Decision-Makers, Influencers, And Stakeholders Within Target Clients. Develop A Deep Understanding Of Their Needs, Pain Points, And Business Objectives.
- **Presentations And Proposals**: Conduct Effective Sales Presentations, Showcasing Our Products/Services And Highlighting The Value Proposition To Potential Clients. Prepare Customized Proposals And Negotiate Terms To Secure Client Agreements.
- **Market Research**: Stay Up-To-Date With Industry Trends, Competitor Activities, And Market Dynamics. Identify New Market Opportunities And Develop Strategies To Penetrate Untapped Segments.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing, Operations, And Customer Support, To Ensure A Seamless Client Onboarding Experience And Ongoing Account Management.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet Or Exceed Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Sales Targets. Continuously Monitor Performance, Analyze Sales Data, And Adjust Strategies As Needed To Achieve Objectives.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize CRM Tools To Track Client Interactions, Update Sales Activities, And Maintain Accurate And Up-To-Date Client Information. Reporting: Prepare Regular Sales Reports, Including Pipeline Status, Revenue Forecasts, And Client Acquisition Metrics. Present Findings To Management, Highlighting Achievements, Challenges, And Recommendations For Improvement.

**Qualifications And Skills**:

- Proven Track Record In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Relevant Industry Or A Related Field.
- Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.
- Strong Negotiation And Persuasion Abilities, With The Capability To Build Rapport And Influence Decision-Making. Self-Motivated And Target-Oriented, With A Focus On Achieving And Exceeding Sales Goals.
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, Demonstrating Strong Collaboration Skills.
- Exceptional Time Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
