**Position**:Inside Sales Executive

**Location**: Office in Bavdhan, Pune

**Budget**:₹20,000 to ₹ 28,000 per month (based on experience)

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Yr to 2 Yrs

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Graduate in any stream.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) is preferred.

**Work Timings**:
**Monday to Friday**: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Alternate Saturdays**: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate leads**: Use cold-calling, networking, and social media to find new sales opportunities
- **Close sales**: Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and process payments
- **Follow up**: Respond to customer inquiries, provide customer support, and ensure repeat business
- **Build relationships**: Maintain a database of customers and prospects, and nurture existing relationships
- **Provide product demonstrations**: Explain product features and benefits, and address objections
- **Manage sales pipeline**: Monitor sales activities, update sales records, and assign opportunities to sales executives

**Preference**:
Pay: ₹20,096.23 - ₹28,525.34 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
