- Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process
- Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time
- Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets
- Handle walk-ins (if assigned) — engage with them, explain features, & convert to

premium
- Maintain all customer interaction records and documentation accurately
- Appear for regular performance check-ins and continue learning & growing

What You’ll Bring
- 6+ months of telesales or outbound calling experience, inside sales, online sales, telsales, advisors

CTC upto 3.3 lpa
- Smart selling approach — persuasive yet consultative
- Strong communication skills (spoken + written) in English + Kannada or Telugu or Malayalam
- Clear diction and confident speech
- High energy, target orientation, and resilience under pressure

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
